Ken Livingstone says Labour’s review of its defence policy – which the former mayor of London is co-chairing – will consider whether the UK should remain a member of Nato. Labour slapped down Livingstone’s comments within minutes of him making them on Thursday to Andrew Neil on BBC2’s Daily Politics.
