Maria and Sergei have lived through many difficult times in Russia but never have they had to pull their purse strings as tight as they do now. As Russia's ruble hits an historic low, many are feeling the effects of the financial crisis sweeping the country, with 21 million Russians - 15% of the population - now living below the poverty line.
