New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): Congress leader RPN Singh on Thursday said it is very unfortunate that the Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani has acted “irresponsible” in the Dalit suicide case. He added that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi should step in the matter. He further stated that Irani should concentrate more on the solutions that can stop crime, rather than inciting “communal tensions” in the country.
