さやかは高校２年生。中学入学以来、全く勉強をしなかったので、ついに成績は学年ビリ。いくらなんでもこのままではマズイと思ったのか、そんな女の子が学習塾にやってきた。でもその姿は金髪、ヘソだし、超ミニスカのギャルメイク。対応した塾講師の坪田もびっくりの彼女の知識は小４レベル。聖徳太子を「セイトクタコ」と読み、東西南北も分からない。それでも夢は大きく第一志望はチョー難関の慶應大学！（←ゼッタイ無理！）「さやかが慶應なんてチョーウケる～！」こうしてノリで二人三脚の受験勉強がはじまった！（でも、まずは小４向けのドリルからね）果たして、こんなことでビリギャル・さやかは慶應大学に受かるのでしょうか？？

Based-on-a-true-story the film follows a teenage girl caught up in the "gyaru" subculture. She thinks about clothes, makeup and doesn't care about school at all. Her scores are reflective of someone in the 4th grade of elementary school. A teacher at a private institute takes an interest in her and encourages her to study for the first time.
