Tiger & Bunny: The Rising', the second movie spin off from the superhero-themed anime series. Directed by Yoshitomo Yonetani, the film finds the sponsored heroes of Sternbuild City facing a new threat that wants to destroy the city

Three mysterious characters attack Sternbild City during the "Justice Day" festival which is held in celebration of the city's legendary goddess. Meanwhile, Kotetsu T. Kaburagi decides to quit being a hero and Barnaby Brooks Jr. gets a new partner named Ryan Goldsmith, aka "Golden Ryan".
