Footage has emerged from China of people helping a pregnant woman give birth to a baby on a train.

In the video, filmed on train from Beijing to Nanning, Guangxi Province last Wednesday, train conductors and a retired doctor are busy helping the pregnant woman. One conductor can later be seen holding the new-born baby while others help the woman get off the train into an ambulance.

According to the head of the train crew, the pregnant woman and her baby are both doing well.
