Roast Potatoes are great appetizers specially when you cannot spend too much time on making the appetizers. They are done quick and are very very tasty.
They are good as sides to any main course dish aswell.
Ingredients:
4-5 Medium sized Potatoes (quartered and boiled)
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp crushed red chillies (Optional)
Salt To taste
Procedure:
1. Pre Heat your oven to 180 deg centigrade
2. To the boiled potatoes add all the ingredients.
3. Mix them all thoroughly so that the potatoes are nicely covered with all the spices and the flour.
4. Grease a baking tray.
5. Line the potatoes in the baking tray.
6. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 45-50 mins (or until the potatoes turn golden brown) at 180 deg centigrade
Garnish with onion rings, chopped cilantro and serve.
