Megan Owens, a 17-year-old from Marysville, Washington, fell off the rocks of Cape Kiwanda and into the waters there on February 1st.
At least six different agencies in conjunction with the Oregon State Police began to search for the girl. 
As sea conditions worsened, however, two members of the North Lincoln Fire and Rescue fell into the water.
