In an interaction with ET NOW, Sunil Sood, head of Vodafone India backed telecom regulator TRAI's landmark decision to ban differential pricing. During the launch of the telco's 4-G services in Mumbai, Sood also said the board will take a call on the timing of the India IPO depending on market conditions.
