Iku Nagae is a messenger of the Dragon Palace, whose job is to observe the daily mood of the atmosphere using her abilities to read the weather. She somewhat questions why humans and youkai fight as a part of their daily life. Shes sort of a slimy character and isnt usually seen, but if theres going to be an earthquake, shes bound to warn everyone about it. Although most of the time its just Tenshi teasing her.\r

In Double Spoiler, Iku shares Scene 10 with Tenshi. Her spellcards are a bit more ellegant than Tenshis brutal force, making dodging more of a strategy game rather than dodge-everything-you-see. Waving lasers, beautiful patterns and the deadliest wink someone can give you.\r
