In the wake of his album release, Kanye West took to twitter to ask Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for $1 Billion. West claims to be $53 million in personal debt and complains that he simply does not have enough funding to create his ideas and believes the silicon valley CEO would be doing the world a great service by backing the Chicago rapper.
