Actress Emma Thompson says she doesn’t understand why Britain would want to leave the EU. Speaking at the Berlin Film Festival on Tuseday, Thompson says: ‘We have had long and complex relationships with every European country ... so it seems very sensible to me that we consider ourselves Europeans.’ Thompson is in Germany promoting her new film ‘Alone in Berlin’.
