How To Do Drop Knee Tai Otoshi For Judo, Sambo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Socks Tai Otoshi!?? Yes! That makes it look even nicer. Hahaha. Another move just for you guys. Most of you have seen Tai Otoshi from standing but some have not seeing it from the ground. You can set it up Tai Otoshi in many different ways but this is how I like to. Your arms can be in different positions to adapt to your partners height and weight, but this is the way that works best for me.
