Cooch Behar, Feb 20 (ANI): Demanding a separate Cooch Behar state, around 3,000 agitators on Saturday blocked railway tracks near New Cooch Behar station. The Greater Cooch Behar People’s Association (GCPA) members staged the protest asking for the formation of Cooch Behar state, which was merged with the West Bengal in 1950.
