New Delhi, Feb 20 (ANI): Vice President Hamid Ansari on Saturday called an all-party meet of the Rajya Sabha members before the budget session 2016-17 which is scheduled to begin from February 23.This is first such formal pre-session meeting convened by the Rajya Sabha Chairman. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also attended the meeting, which aims at ensuring a smooth budget session.
