Allahabad, Feb 23 (ANI): Allahabad Additional District Magistrate (ADM) O B Shrivastav was caught on camera urinating at the 'Triveni Sangam'. The bureaucrat was caught on tape peeing at the confluence of the three holy rivers considered sacred to millions of Hindus across the world. This shameful act is a blot on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Swachh Bharat Campaign' and his Namami Ganga Mission.
