Illegal parking (or stopping/standing) of vehicles is a problem in toronto, especially in bike lanes, cycle tracks and shared pathways. People need to report these instances, and also tell drivers they need to park elsewhere.

Thought I would publish this. From a longer video I recorded, this was isolated and deserved it's own use.
