Murthal, Feb 29 (ANI): Amid reports of mass sexual assaults during violent protests by the Jat community demanding reservation, a woman has come forward saying that she was raped by seven men during the violent protests. Haryana’s Deputy Inspector General of Police, Rajshree Singh informed that the police has registered a case and initiated a probe into the matter.
Singh added the woman had also identified few perpetrators, one of them being her relative.
He said that the woman claimed her 12-year-old daughter, who accompanied her in her car, was not raped but her clothes were torn apart.
