Gday guys, in this video I am going to share with you 5 Simpsons Theories You May Not Know.\r
\r
To begin this list is a theory that all the Simpson family members are actually really smart. There are individual reasons that each of them are now less intelligent, except for Lisa, whose intelligence seemingly results in her being less happy. Homer was smart until a crayon became lodged in in his brain as a child, thus decreasing his smarts. As for Bart, he prefers to be dumb, he sees that his father is a happy, stupid guy and chooses to be this way. The episode where the alleged Simpson gene was discovered, we witnessed Barts grades go from good to bad, but the Simpson gene was later disproved by Homers brain crayon episode. Marge has also made a similar choice to Bart, she too was intelligent and a good student, but she chose to be a house wife instead of expanding on her brain capacity.\r

The next theory claims that Springfield does not exist within our universe, but instead a place which exceeds our boundaries of space and time. It makes this assumption based on the vastness of Springfield and how big landmarks can be present from one episode to the next. This would also explain how all characters of the show remain the same age.\r
\r
Ever wondered how Homer is able to support his family and hardly ever show up for work a the power plant? According to this theory the Simpson family have been living off royalties that Homer has earned during his time in the wildly successful barber shop quartet, the Bee Sharps. This is backed up by the lifestyles of other members, such as Barney who has lived as a raging alcoholic with seemingly no income.\r

The next theory is based on one of my favourite characters, Hans Moleman. It is suggested that there are not one, buy many Molemen who live in Springfield, each one with a different job, suffering from a life threatening injury and who all conspire to take over the world. It is supported by a scene where we see a race of Molemen living underground and display their intention of world domination with an earthquake machine.\r
\r
Our last theory was based on the episode where Homer and God have a discussion during his time in limbo. Here homer asks God what the meaning of life is, to which God says he can discover when he dies. Homer says that he cant wait that lone and God replies, “You cant wait six months?”. The theory claims that Homer never wakes up from this coma and the remaining episodes in the series are played out within Homers head. The theory also attributes this coma to the change in storylines, from fairly plain to more outrageous as time went one as well as the characters staying the same age because that is how Homer remembered them.\r
