Following President Benigno Aquino III's remark on "responsible parenthood" in his third State of the Nation Address Monday, Eric Manalang, president of Prolife Philippines, said the chief executive should not perceive poor Filipino families as "rabbits [that] have [nothing] to do but multiply."
