The Artists' Front in Buenos Aires is a troupe of performers that runs workshops for patients in Argentina's biggest psychiatric hospital. They've been fighting since 1984 to help the mentally ill be better integrated into society -- which might soon become a legal reality if a recent law aiming to avoid institutionalising people succeeds in changing practices.
