DIY Drywall Repair: How to Fix Holes and Dents in the Wall (Part 1)\r

In this video, I demonstrate one way of patching some holes and dents in the wall caused by a Flat screen Tv. The Flat screen Tv was moved to another wall and my job is to fix the holes and dents. I explain what prep work needs to be done to the wall prior to muding with compound. I make a mud pie with All purpose joint compound and Plaster of Paris. I then use my snap away knife to cut away the loose or torn edges. I then use the back of my 1 inch flexible blade to make an impression in the drywall so that I can skim over it with mud.\r
