A baby sea lion jumped aboard an eco tour's boat in Southern California, surprising the guests who were all too happy to take some pictures. As cute as the sea lion is, experts think the sea lion may have been looking for food, as starvation is causing their numbers to dwindle. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) has more.
