New Delhi, Mar 05 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for nationwide 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao' campaign for saving the girl child and fighting against female foeticide. Inaugurating the first-ever National Conference of Women Legislators, President Mukherjee pointed out that the country has not been able to achieve more than 12 percent representation for women out of the total membership of Parliament.
