Check out the channel for other high quality video game cutscenes, FMVs and in-game movies!\r
\r
Notes for quality enthusiasts: If a cutscene is present on this channel it is either a direct encode of an original video file present on the game disk(s), or is emulated to the highest degree of accuracy available at the time. If it is captured in some way or shape, its ensured that no frames are dropped. Anything that has graphical glitches or inaccuracies will not be present and that is why some games are missing or incomplete. They will be added as soon as software and hardware enables more faithful emulation. Additionally, black borders have been cropped and aspect ratio flags have been added in order to present the videos in a more appropriate manner.\r
\r
For 3D games: All 3D games will be anti-aliased with the highest available settings with anisotropic filtering and rendered at higher resolutions than you see. Theyll then be resized (via Lanczos) down to the destination resolution to provide the best quality experience.\r
\r
For 2D games: All 2D games will be resized 4x using a nearest algorithm. This prevents color and quality loss when Youtube converts the video to their color space and still provides pixel-accurate graphics. I could resize higher; but I dont want to unnecessarily upscale videos.\r
\r
For pre-rendered sequences: Any video file that was pre-rendered was decoded to lossless RGB and uploaded directly from that state. Once again, videos could have been resized to HD resolutions, but thatd just be stretching a video to a level of detail that doesnt exist. Im trying to be as faithful as I can to the originals on this channel and thatd go against that.\r
\r
All content was removed off this channel as of April, 2015 in favor of better quality standards and to take advantage of Youtubes new 60fps options. Anything you previously have seen here will be back up in time.\r
\r
Youre welcome to request games in the comments, but work is slow due to the mass of content here. There were 900+ videos here before the take-down and Im looking to re-upload them all and provide a better experience in doing so.\r
