Here are some of the effects I used in Guitar Rig 4. An automatically triggered wah pedal, a pitch pedal set to 1 octave and another to +0.5 octave for the synth sounding pitch change effects. A distortion pedal, volume pedal, a harmonic +/- Octave pedal, phaser, delay, reverb and a custom equalizer. I'm sure this is not how it's played live, but it's the best I could do with what I got.
