How to get noticed on youtube | You dont need a shout out

Im only small, but some of my friends roll from Mercader, to wowhobs, to zybak to Cartoonz to sgt Merrell and Eric the aviator and a couple more! I try and use my connections to try and get people noticed on youtube. Im currently using my capability to put videos on the dara mactire channel to help people get noticed called You Can.
Truth be told, you don't need a shout out, you just need to think outside the box and use your connections, your friends. If you can get 100 of your school friends to watch and like a video that's a instant advantage you have over anybody else. Form a group and post videos individually and 'advertise' each other like that as well.
