Footage shows a Coastguard rescue helicopter hovering as the RNLI lifeboat service are deployed to the coast of Portreath, Cornwall on Saturday night following a fatal plunge from the coastal cliffs.

A man reportedly died yesterday after his car plunged from the top of the tall cliffs onto the coast below. Emergency services were called to the scene around 3pm and left by 6pm, according to local reports.
