New Delhi, April 1 (ANI): Former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin has rubbished media claims that Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming flick ‘Azhar’ is not a biopic.The 53-year-old cricketer told media present at the trailer launch of the film that the flick discusses a particular event of his life which had occurred in the days when he played for the country. The cricketer, who was charged for match fixing in 2000, but came out clean after 12 years, revealed that he was in dilemma before giving go ahead to this film.‘Azhar’ is directed by Tony D'Souza and is based on the life of former Indian cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin.The film, which stars Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai and Nargis Fakhri in lead roles, is scheduled to be released on May 13.
