Goalpara (Assam), Apr 04 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday praised Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi for the upliftment of women in the state. Campaigning for the second and last phase of elections in Goalpara district, Rahul Gandhi said Gogoi has always worked for poor in the state. He added that he has asked Gogoi to provide free medical facilities to all the poor in all the hospitals of Assam.
