A video released by the Salina City Police Department in Utah shows an April Fools' joke going really, really well. 
An officer stops a vehicle for traveling at 91 miles per hour--11 miles over the speed limit.
He then inquires about an odor emanating from inside the SUV. 
A bit perplexed, but polite, the driver and passengers agree as the officer mentions he's with the department's "Feline Unit" and will be bringing a trained cat around to sniff for the presence of drugs.
Three meows, the officer says, would indicate a controlled substance is likely inside the vehicle.
