Ranchi, Apr 05 (ANI): Nearly 165 Maoist rebels and their sympathisers surrendered before the police in Odisha in a major success to security forces. The surrendered rebels include women, men and teenagers and most of them hailed from rural areas of Malkangiri district. Superintendent of Police in Malkangiri, Mitrabhanu Mohapatra said that the administration would rehabilitate them as per government policy. Senior Superintendent of Police in Ranchi, Kuldeep Dwivedi, said that the police teams raided various places in the eastern Jharkhand state to nab the ultras after intelligence input.
