Dramatic footage shows the moment a van on fire in Cornhill, City of London on Tuesday appeared to explode - captured from an office overlooking the scene.

The eyewitness, Dom Graham, wrote online: "A van caught fire right outside my building. We saw thick black smoke bellowing up past the window. Then a few moments later we heard two explosions (most likely the engine)."
