A German shepherd who had his muzzle duct-taped shut was found on the Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst, New York on April 9.
After the dog was taken in by the Babylon Animal Shelter, the local police notified the Suffolk County SPCA.
And now, that SPCA branch is looking for answers--and offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible.
