The fruit of the Spirit or Agape Love is an outward manifestation of those who have waited on God to produce an experience always for themselves and possibly for others. I say possibly because some might not receive and/or understand/bare witness. For the knowledge (mental,past tense) of the Holy (past tense of an action [let's say fixing a flat tire])is understanding. Those who have this fruit are the eyes (II Ch 16:9)Jesus/the Lord/Jehovah/a god to show themselves strong to the mature/perfect in heart/mind/soul.
