Ingredients:
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup Water
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Method:
- Dry roast the cumin seeds till they change color.
- In a grinder add roasted cumin seeds & black salt. Grind it in a coarse powder.
- In a mixer juicer add mint leaves, coriander leaves & water. Grind everything well.
- In a serving glass add cumin seeds - black salt powder & lemon juice.
- Pour the mint - coriander leaves mixture. Give a stir.
- Jal Jeera is ready to be served.
