Hyderabad, Apr 19 (ANI): Four policewomen came to rescue of a woman in distress and helped her deliver a baby on the pavement of a road in Andhra Pradesh's capital Hyderabad. The women cops set up a makeshift labour room using sarees and bedsheets, as shifting the woman in labour to a hospital was not possible at that moment. Police Inspector Bheem Reddy, who noticed the woman in distress, reacted swiftly and pressed a team of women constables near city's Shanti Theatre for her help. Women cops Sharadha, Shoba, Jyothi and Divya facilitated the delivery. The mother and the baby were shifted to a nearby hospital soon.
