Crazy scary stupid guy riding a hoverboard at the top of a building near the edge...

Darwin award candidate proposes the great idea of riding a hoverboard / self-balancing scooter on the rooftop of a a very tall building. He can be seen travelling around the rooftop, turning and getting very close to the border of this skyscraper roof top.

Great idea that unfortunately doesn't end in a happy ending...
