The Ulm Muenster is a Protestant Gothic church in Germany, built in the late 19th century. This is the tallest church in the world, and by the looks of it, the daredevil in this video just scaled it. Though the view is stunning, free climbing on such an old, historic building is both dangerous and disrespectful, and definitely not recommended.
