BJP's parliament member and Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal on Monday apologised to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for violating the odd-even motor vehicles scheme and said it was a "serious blunder".
"Made a serious blunder... Sorry to Arvind ji and Delhiites," the Bharatiya Janata Party MP tweeted, after he was fined over breaking the rule.
