Ingredients:
400 gms Curd
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Black Salt
Coriander Leaves
Water
Method:
- In a large bowl add curd, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder & black salt. Mix well.
- Add water and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add coriander leaves. Give a stir.
- Masala Chaas is ready. Tastes best chilled.
