Pakistan Cup 2016 Final Match: Punjab vs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

FAISALABAD (Staff Report) – Punjab and Khyber Pakhutnkhwa (KPK) are set to lock horns in final match of Pakistan Cup 2016 at Iqbal stadium, Faisalabad.

Punjab Squad:

Salman Butt, Shan Masood, Asad Shafiq, Asif Ali, Akbar-ur-Rehman, Mohammad Rizwan, Saad Nasim, Amir Yameen, Shoaib Malik (Captain), Ehsan Adil, Amad Butt, Adnan Ghaus, Zulfiqar Babar, Saif Badar.

Khyber Pakhtukhwa Squad:

Ahmed Shahzad, Fakhar Zaman, Younis Khan (Captain), Rameez Aziz, Naveed Yasin, Musadiq Ahmed, Bismillah Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Rahat Ali, Azarullah, Sadaif Mehdi, Yasir Shah, Mohammad Asghar, Zohaib Khan, Hayatullah.

Pakistan Cup 2016:

In the first round of one-day domestic championship, which is expected to boost local cricket structure, as many as five teams -each team representing one province and Islamabad- fought each other in ten games. Top teams qualified for the final game.

Sarfraz Ahmed, Shoaib Malik, Younis Khan, Azhar Ali and Misbah-ul-Haq led Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Islamabad respectively.
