Of the 180-thousand foreign tourists that are expected to visit Korea over the next few days, ... around four-thousand are employees from a Chinese company.
They are in Seoul for four nights as part of an incentive tour.
Ji Myung-kil has more.
The massive tour group from Chinese health care company Joymain Science and Technology arrived in Seoul on Thursday.
In order to transport the four-thousand executives and employees,... the group scheduled 28 planes, two-hundred buses and are staying at 16 hotels dotted around the Korean capital.
On the first day, the group plans to go shopping in one of Korea's largest wholesale and retail shopping districts,... the Dongdaemun Shopping Complex.
On the second day, they will visit Korea's largest theme park Everland and have traditional ginseng chicken soup, Samgyetang,... for dinner on the banks of the Hangang River.
Hundreds of dinner tables will be set up for the guests who will be served beer, Kimchi and drinks made from ginseng.
After dinner, musicians who made the soundtrack to Korea's hit TV series "Descendants of the Sun" will hold a concert.
On the third and fourth day, they will visit the shopping district of Myeongdong, tour Gyeongbokgung Palace and head to the truce village of Panmunjom on the inter-Korean border.
This month's visit was arranged by the Seoul Metropolitan Government... and is the largest incentive trip ever held in Korea.
"The trip will have a hugely positive marketing effect and give us the opportunity to show off Seoul's diverse cultural beauties."
The city government says it's also making efforts to minimize inconveniences for the city's residents as the group moves around Seoul.
The company will send another four thousand employees to the Korean capital from May 9th through 13th.
