Cliven has given those four men orders to hold up. He is working on it. He is sending a letter to get the feds to stand down.

There is a rumor if this doesn't work he plans on bringing reinforcements via horseback into Burns County. But that's just rumors. Would he really do that to spring his son from federal custody? Would he risk civil war?
