Rani Mukerji, who is married to Yash Raj head honcho Aditya Chopra, gave birth to a baby girl on December 9, in Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital and they have named their daughter Adira.

The new mom, released a statement which reads, “I would like to thank all my well-wishers and fans. Today life has given us God's greatest gift with Adira. We thank fans our friends for their unconditional support and blessings. With joy we begin this new chapter in our lives.”
