ORLANDO, FLORIDA — A Florida woman has taken it upon herself to warn others about the dangers of CoverGirl brand lipstick.

Lily Cleopatra Maurice recently picked up the lipstick from the CoverGirl Queen collection at her local Walmart. After applying the cosmetic, Maurice woke up with huge swollen bottom lip.

"Please be aware of the queen collection cover gril [sic] lipstick. Purchased lip this week woke up choking with huge swollen lips," she wrote on Facebook. "I had to be rushed to the ER! Could've died in my sleep."
The woman also shared images and a video of herself with the swollen lip. Turns out she was allergic to something in the lipstick.

Maurice has recovered from the incident but continues to warn others of the lipstick, writing that there are no warnings on the labels. A representative from CoverGirl has said the product is safe.
