The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe is heading to Silverstone. Following the record line-up in the Monza opening round (47 cars, 22 teams, 70 drivers on the start line), another full grid is expected in England this weekend (May 14/15th). Silverstone also sees many important names participating in the second of this season’s six double rounds for the one-make series featuring Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeos. In the PRO class all eyes will again be on the Dane Dennis Lind, who started the season with a victory. While the young rookie of Raton Racing has immediately become one of the main protagonists, the ranking leader is the all-Italian duo of Orange 1 Team Lazarus formed by Nicola De Marco and Fabrizio Del Monte, who twice took second place in Monza, and were first in their class in Race 2 at their home racetrack. Behind them, by only five points, is the Latvian Harald Schlegelmilch (Artline Team Georgia), who finished on the third step of the podium in Race 1 at Monza.
