Talk to Dr Nick by the Screaming Monkey Medical Research Centre, afterwards, head to Homer in the hospital parking lot and buy the Mr Plow truck. If already owned, then call it from a phone booth!
Collect the monkeys from around town and return them to Dr Nick!
