Nepal, May 21 (ANI): Former Prime Minister of Nepal Dr. Baburam Bhattarai on Friday talked about how the current regime led by Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli was taking xenophobic positions, just to divert the attention of the people from failure of the government to function properly. He mentioned how Nepal was dragging both India and China into internal politics. Dr. Bhattarai was of the view that Nepal's national interest should be to keep off from the competition of the neighbours and take benefit out of the co-operation between India and China. He said the government should actually concentrate on nation building and economic development of the country and try to take benefit out of the huge market in these two countries and this way it would be able to protect its national sovereignty. Dr. Bhattarai further said that he is also going to announce his new political party Naya Shakti Nepal on June 12. Bhattarai said he would proclaim a party establishment from June 12 to 14 at a press meeting at its central office in Babarmahal of Kathmandu.
