Dharamsala, May 21 (ANI): Around 20 Thai monks set out on a "peace march" to Ladakh from Dharamsala in the presence of Tibetan spiritual leader, the 14th Dalai Lama. The monks embarked on the month-long journey to the foothills of Himalayas in northern Ladakh on the occasion of Buddha Purnima, which marks the birth of Lord Gautam Buddha. The march aims at reviving the spirit of hope, love, peace, harmony and oneness among people. The monks are expected to cover a distance of 500 kilometers between Dharamsala and Ladakh in 30-45 days.
